The work is profsonally done. I really appreciate the work schedules that they have. Each time they come, they know exactly what is to be done from deep cleaning to my preferences. I have been using this service off and on for many years now. The only reason why I stop having them come is to help out a friend who is looking for cleaning jobs because they need the money. It always ends the same way. My house is not getting cleaned the way I'm use to. It goes on for a while with me cleaning after they leave until I've finally had it. Then I hold my breath and call to see if Merry Maids will take me back. When I hear that yes, I am overjoyed! I broke my back years ago and cannot due all that I use to. I need the help with cleaning the house. Merry Maids are absolutely wonderful!!!! Keep up the good work!

The products work well and smell good.

The services - I appreciate the fact that if I have to I can cancel the cleaners for a month or several at a time and there is no problem resuming the cleaning schedule. They are true to the cleaning schedule which I like.
