Overall good. We had large house for move-out clean. Only 2 arrived in am..they did great but needed help. Got extra cleaners but not until about 3pm.. Poor communication between new and old.. In the late rush to finish, things were not done with the same level of care. Tub polish on faucets not cleaned off, two upper window sections not washed,, some areas not vacuumed. Better planning with more people earlier and clearer communication would have helped

Jenny from Merry Maids brings everything that she uses to clean our home and does it thoroughly every other week. She comes at the same time and hasn't ever missed. I can count on her and Merry Maids if she is on vacation.
