I truly enjoy the service, however I do find that some things are missed, such as, look up, on top of the kitchen window there is dust on the frame as well as some hanging dust from the ceiling over it. The ladies do a good job but I do see some misses.

Connie and Dee are wonderful and they do work hard. I have recommended your company to some friends but I did suggest that they look carefully and make some suggestions to you as its important that you know these things. Could it be because they feel pressured to go to the next job? They need to be sure things are left done.

All in all, I enjoy the service, the ladies are always polite and most of all I like the idea that I am off the hook with the cleaning.

Service personnel is prompt, courteous and responsive. Office personnel is accommodating regarding occasional need for rescheduling.

I like the fact that you come in and work quietly and efficiently and because you have been here enough you know what might require extra cleaning. Your people are thorough and don't have to be told what to do, The fact that you bring all your tools with you and are not constantly running back and forth to your vehicle is a definite plus.

The staff is usually punctual efficient and courteous. The products do not affect my allergies.

I have to be honest, I have no idea what products are used except that vinegar is used in floor steamer and I Love the smell. And I live the fact that I really do not have to check behind the women because they clean as if it is their own house.

The services are top notch. The products used, are very good. Everything about the cleaning experience is professional. Lisa and Alice are friendly, and do anything, I ask to do.
