Hi,
Typically the job on our house is great but the past 3-4 times has not been very good. I'm not sure why. Our bathrooms have not be cleaned and a few times I'm not sure our floors were vacuumed. Also, the night stands aren't being dusted. My son's room is never done for some reason and it's not lilke he has a lot of furniture, just a night stand and chest. Sometimes a lot of things are not being dusted and I have been sure to pick up so that they could be.

Fast, great cleaning jobs. I can trust the maids being in our house without us there!

Customer service is outstanding. I have some issues with the thoroughness of the cleaning of my home and the cust serv rep has been outstanding to resolve the issues. The products used to clean my granite counters, mirrors/windows and floors are fantastic. May need to work on the bathroom cleaners -- I don't feel they clean very well.
