You are thorough, punctual except when you have a sudden unscheduled job that take time. You schedule on a rotating basis to thoroughly clean a room.

It was my first experience, but Hilda who came to my house was lovely. We recently moved into this house and when I originally contacted MM, things changed rapidly. Hilda was early, hard-working, very nice and personable and was flexible with the things that changed from my original proposal. I would like to have Hilda back in the future. She represents excellence for MM.

Well, I like it so far that you send Jenny the same lady each time as in that way she get's a feel for how much we mess things up, therefore knowing before arriving what aras to focus on.

We simply go into my little office area and turn the house over to her. When she is finished we walk around and check things out and in almost all cases everything is fine.

Also, we like the focus she has been putting on areas or items that she feels should look better. In our case the shower and so far the bread holder which she identifed needed some work. That's appreciated because some times one is so used to what something looks like & therefore accepts it as is.

Jennifer was extremely pleasant and very efficient....would be happy to have her again.

The team is friendly. They are fast but thorough, are not upset about asking for something different, the products work extremely well, AND the company is sensitive and responsive to any dissatisfaction you may experience!

Associate was friendly and quick, but the service seemed to be a simple cleaning and not a deep clean. The time before had two people and they were there for about 6 hours. Just seems a little different level of detail.
