No smell to your products, which is good. We don't choke when we walk into the house after a cleaning. Your personnel are pleasant, polite and quick.

Reliability -- you're there when scheduled and provide good quality cleaning each visit; adaptability -- easily able to reschedule service when needed.

The clean is an understated, organic feeling. There is no overpowering smell that screams at you. Your home looks tended, happy, not like a pair of Sunday's best shoes that hurt but like a comfortable favorite pair of slippers that welcome you at the end of the day.

The Merry Maid staff care for my home as if it was there very own. All my little treasures are treated with care. I couldn't be happier.

Their flexability to schedule around my needs. The "Maids" are always friendly, like family. They also like my cats. Although they sometimes still forget to wipe off everything in the main bathroom.

It was very lightly scented with something, I think cinnamon, which let me know someone had been in to clean, but it wasn't overpowering. I've had 3 different people/companies come in to clean and this is the first time I haven't been able to find ANY fault with the service. Not even something small!

As I've mentioned before, I like the fact you don't use strong smelling cleaners. I also like that my ladies focus on 1 particular room each time they visit. We appreciate the fact that you accommodated our request to have Casey as one of our Merry Maids each month. She is a lovely girl and a good worker, as are the ladies who accompany her.

I like this service compared to the last cleaning service I had used before. I can see the difference and am very pleased.
