I thought that the personnel did a good job. One of them was on her cell phone a lot of time. I think this distracted her from her work. I don't know if they were supposed to clean cobwebs from ceiling corners, but if they were supposed to, the downstairs wasn't done, do I did myself. All in all, I think they did a good job.

The ladies are top notch and every product they use does a great job.

The team that was out at our home for a few hours were amazing! They were thorough and efficient. They even raised the windows and vacuumed the exterior window sills (the part where all the bugs collect). I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

It is easy to communicate with the company by email or phone. The cleaners are polite and thorough. They will do extra things for extra money or will cut back on rooms that I can do myself to save money. Overall very happy with this organization.

I know Jessica explained about the products, and how they are environmental friendly, and things, so she did what she needed to do, and she also talked about what they will do, and the more she talked the more I like what she said, she was nice too, and friendly. So the rental house I just got was a tremendous dust pit, with dust webs and just dust all over the floor and walls. The fan was caked in it. The job those girls did (I didn't see them) was amazing. I really liked how the carpet design stood out from where they cleaned. Was beautiful. I actually took pictures and called the realtor and said, "Now I can live here, it actually seems a lot better place." Thanks again :)

Reliability

Since I have health issues, I am delighted that the ladies come in and clean my house very well for me and I don't have to worry. I have not had any problems with their cleaning nor with products used.
