I like how they sent someone out to finish dusting in our bedroom that was left undusted. Turned out it required moving our select comfort bed and they do not move beds. The dust was on the cords and pump to our bed. All I have to do now is move the bed out from the wall myself. The bed is light and easy to move. The merry maid didn't know that.
