They were always, in the 7 years we used them, prompt, willing to do things as we asked or wanted and were always quick, thorough and timely. The products they used did not leave any specific fragrance which is what I had requested. I would readily suggest them to anyone in of hiring someone to clean their home. We are not using them any longer as we will be leaving this area.

Everything is cleaned to the nth degree.

I used a maid service from Craigslist 2 weeks before using your professional company. Let me tell you the difference was striking.
1) The Craigslist maids wasted time chatting to me and making small talk, pretending to clean/sweat, pretended to get hurt while cleaning, and even left 30 minutes early though I paid them for 3 hours. Your company never wasted time, never chit/chat, never pretended.
2) Your company is professional in that - You just do your work. And you DO THE WORK, not fake it. The craigslist crew didn't clean much of anything - they didn't clean baseboards, dust still on bathroom counter, shower sink still murky.

Ladies are always so friendly and efficient. I like not having to have products or materials, and whatever they use are more than satisfactory.

I have been with Merry Maids for over 25 years. For the past several years, Lettie has been my team captain and knows the house which makes the chore go quicker. Also it is comforting to know that one of your team remains the same each time.

Leticia is great. She, along with Ricky, are my favorites. Pleasant, professional & does an outstanding job.
