The maids that we have coming to our home are doing an excellent job. Their attention to detail is VERY good. I am thrilled that they use the products that we have set out for the granite, marble, and travertine in the house. They handle working around our various pets (dog, cats, ferrets) very well and do a great job dealing with the pet hair etc that inevitably accumulates in a pet oriented home. When meeting them, they were friendly and professional. A true pleasure to have them in our home.

You are prompt. After you clean, the house looks better and smells better. When I'm present, the cleaning ladies are friendly and considerate.

The ladies are good at what they do and for the most part they are here when they are supposed to be.
They will work with thw customer to make sure they come when you need them if you need to change or adjust you schedule.
The cleaning is very good and they are very trustworthy when in your home.

Very efficient and thorough. Good cleaning work. Staff is friendly, respectful and great with pets.

It's the little things that I notice they do; folded towels, even the dish towels!,folded toilet paper corners. The products are great because they don't leave chemical smell.

I like the cleaning team led by LYNN. Our home is always spotless when she and her team cleans.

I am Physically unable to clean my home, and I can always depend on " my girls" to do a great job for me. They do anexcellant job.

The overall job provided by Merry Maids is excellent. I do prefer the team that usally services my home better than the subs.

The cleaning is done fast and it is over with in a timely fashion.
What I don't like is those vacuumn on the ladies backs. They have dented my walls in 2 places in the hallway with them. I ask them to be especailly careful when in the halls.
