I like the personal touch offered by our Merry Maids team. Both members have come to understand what products we do and don't want used in our home, they know what areas will require more attention than others, and they know how to make our living areas shine. Although it's just us two adults and we don't have any pets and pick up before the Merry Maids arrive (our home is always neat enough for company), when my husband comes home after a Merry Maids cleaning he says, "Wow, the place actually shines. The Merry Maids really do make a difference."

The bathrooms are very clean but disappointed with the rest of the cleaning. Last visit dining room table was not dusted, laundry room floor was not vacuumed, dirt still rained on family room floor. Kitchen Floor has never been mopped, hard wood floors never cleaned.

For what I am paying, I'd expect a cleaner house.

I love how my wood floors look and overall appearance of the house.

I had excellent service from Sue - the manager who did my intake - and from Olympia and Holly who cleaned my home. They went way above my expectations and I was so pleased with their service and standards.

My mother felt that the team was very professional and that the team leader was attentive to detail.

I always enjoy coming home after a cleaning has taken place, everything always looks and smells so fresh. The team always leaves me a note and thanks me.

It wouldn't bother me if stronger products were used.
Not last week but the week before, the vacuumed cleaner was a Hassel for the girls, I felt sorry for them that it was difficult to operate and slowed them down!
All in all it has been a pleasant experience.

I think the services provided have been great. I have had 2 cleanings so far, the first with Molly and Nicole that did a deep cleaning and did a very thorough job, I was very impressed. The second cleaning was a regular cleaning with Molly and Sam, they also did another great job. The house was very clean and smelled fresh. Molly, Nicole & Sam are all very pleasant and extremely friendly.

The team is very reliable and does a good job with re cleaning.

There isn't a strong odor after the job is complete, just a nice freshness.

My home is cleaned to my high standards.
