Team 19: Marlene, Kelly and their trainee Jenna did a very nice job on Tuesday with special attention to the bath and bedroom my daughter would use on her arrival that day from her home in California.

Your visits are timely and the staff thorough. We have two dogs that shed a lot, and there's nothing better than to come home every two weeks and have the floors and couches be spotless and free of dog hair.

I like the fact that the employees are friendly and reliable. I also like the fact that you use products that don't have an aroma. I'm always happy with the job that Melanie does, but this past week, I wss REALLY pleased with the job that Shania did. I think she went above and beyond in the way she dusted the furniture(I noticed she picked up the few knicks knacks I have out and also dusted them). She also did a really thorough job in vacuuming the furniture. I wouldn't mind her becoming a regular along with Melanie.
