Part of the appeal and what was pitched to me during the sales was the fact that the same team would be assigned to my home. I had other cleaning companies who constantly switched out the teams and my home wasn't cleaned at the same level each time.
What I am seeing now, is that the team I started with is now different and has been different for three cleaning sessions and on top of that, I had to find out via the name of the person who was on her way to my home. I never received any kind of communication about any changes.

I bring this up only because it was made to be such a strong selling point for me to sign with Merry Maids and sadly it seems as though you are not any different than any other cleaning company. I realize that people leave, go on vacations, etc so communications surrounding those kind of changes would be appreciated especially since you use it as a selling point for your services.

We have a good and reliable team who do an excellent job.

Heather and Valerie were fabulous -- friendly and very efficient. My house is so nice and clean -- much better job than I would ever do myself!
I especially liked that the cleaning products they used did not have a disinfectant kind of smell.
I used this service because it was a gift from the people with whom I work because I had surgery and they knew I would be unable to take care of this myself. The only issue with whether or not I will use the service again is the cost -- I think I can find an individual out there who will do a good job at a much lower cost.
