I am very happy with the consistency of the service that I receive on a bi-weekly basis. I attribute this to your employees on Team #10 who I have been lucky enough to have assigned to my house just about since I began using Merry Maids about 6 years ago.

The cleaners were excellent. They were on time, friendly, and attentive. The cleaning was meticulous and they really dig deep to clean some oft neglected areas well.

I also really liked the electronic contract, the text alert to indicate they were on their way and the ability to track the drive.

Your Merry Maids are a 10! My team uses good judgement, common sense, and the right tools to do a wonderful job. And they certainly have the energy and will to accomplish what is required. Their attitudes on this team make me feel that friends who care , with high professional standards, are entering my home! Your prducts put a shine on the work and also clean well.
