They mostly use the cleaning products/tools that I supply. I also like that it is only 2-persons team, and appreciate that the Merry Maids have been able to accommodate that requirement.

All maids have background checks is a high priority for us. Love that you bring your own supplies and vacuum, too. And the maids cleaning our house are so very nice and personable. Love that it’s always the same team that comes to clean, too!

The products are exceptional. I had tea stains on my formica countertop and they were able to get them all out--to my delight. They are very timely on arrival and ready to work. Very friendly and able to communicate in English. The prices are fair. And the cleaning solutions are mild so when I come home the house isn't full of perfumey smells. I appreciate that. So far I am thrilled and look forward to getting my house cleaned for a long time by Merry Maids!

Efficient and on time

I like coming home to a clean house. We have a lot of busy people in our house and it is very difficult to keep clean. But I know that the house does get cleaned because of Merry Maids so I don't worry and complain as much!!
