Great service and I love my team. I am surprised by the frequent follow up requests for ratings. I don't mind the occasional email but after my last cleaning (12/20) I received a call and gave feedback then. So I'm not sure why I was also emailed referencing the same cleaning?

When I first bought my home the sink in the downstairs half-bath had some chips in the basin. The previous owner tried to fix but the treatment did not work. The first thing I noticed after your crew cleaned part of my house was the fact that the basin looked like it was brand new! All the rooms they clean look look terrific.
