Your teams always do a great job. I feel like I'm counting the days in between appointments so my house can be clean again! I like, too, that the cleaning liquids don't have strong odors. I'm very sensitive to those smells (e.g., clorox, vinegar, ammonia) and they make me ill; I don't have that reaction with whatever you're using. My only complaint is that the new scheduling system requires me to check in every visit to obtain the time window; I'm not sure why Merry Maids doesn't just tell me when the team is coming.

I like the pleasant, professional staff and the efficiency with which they get my whole home really clean. I like the product they use to get my sink really white. I like that the products don’t have a noticeable fragrance because I’m sensitive to fragrance. My house smells clean rather than flowery when they are done.

When done thoroughly, the house feels and smells clean which is appreciated. The products do a good job.

I would prefer that the maids not spend their time refolding my extra clean towels and washcloths into fancy shapes. I like the towels as they are and would rather the maids spent their time cleaning.
