Occasionally they are earlier than the estimated time window (45 minutes once for me; 15 or so minutes a few times), which makes it a little hard to plan around the service, but for the most part we're completely happy. And the great job that the maids do makes up for it.

I love the service that Merry Maids provides! They do an excellent job cleaning and leave a pleasant tho' not overwhelming scent in the air. I love the fact that they clean the many interior shutters in my home. The kitchen and bathrooms are always spotless.
In addition, it is very important to me that they are very flexible re: schedule. Sometimes because of overnight guests [some of my family live in Sweden and Canada] I have to add to the schedule and sometimes my husband and I are out of town/the country and need to change the cleaning times. Merry Maids always comes through with flying colors!

Approachability of "the team" - so friendly and hardworking. There are some places that don't get cleaned, but it must be the lack of time (only two days a month) given for the cleaning of our large house. The cleaning products are not as good as I hoped, not strong enough. But I don't want to create any health hazards.
