I particularly like that Merry Maids assigns one person, Juana, to my home. Sometimes she comes with an assistant. Juana is excellent, professional, and I trust her implicitly. I would like to request that it be routine that Juana, or, if she has a substitute, that person, check her assistant's work before leaving to make sure that our specific cleaning needs have been tended to. (example, one place in the shower where we get mold if it is not cleaned thoroughly each time.
One concerne: Our house was robbed a few months ago. (Someone had unlocked a window from the inside. We didn't notice this; the house was entered during the day by entering that window. We were advised by the police who investigated the burglery that the person involved knew where our silverware and Jewlery were. I have no idea who was involved. I discussed this thoroughly with Merry Maids' supervisor.
At this point, as you can imagine, we are very careful as to whom we will let in the house when I am not home. Juana is professional, I trust her implicitly, and we are very pleased with her work. We requested that she be assigned to our home.Your supervisor assured me that when Juana is not able to come, Merry Maids will alert me. If she is unable to work,I would like Merry Maids to notify me as soon as that is known by texting me on my cell phone.
I would like to emphsize, I have used Merry Maids for a number of years. The company is well run and holds to high standards of treating its customers well. And Juana is a sterling employee.

The women are very efficient and pleasant and do a good job.

That there is an area concentrated on each time.

I believe the team members (Ada and Mirna) work very hard each time they arrive to clean our house. We appreciate that they ay attention to detail. They are courteous and good natured, and a pleasure to have in our home.

I especially like the excellent work that Gilma & Josefina do in my home. They are a wonderful team who take pride in their work! And my home reflects that every time they come :) I also like the fact that the products used do not leave any lingering strong odor afterwards . Merry Maids always leaves a courtesy call ahead of time and are very accommodating when I need to make a schedule change. I have shared this same information with friends who are looking for quality service!

reliable in attendance and honesty - adequately good work

I would like to have a product with some bleach used in our shower stalls every month. I often feel that things are not dusted thoroughly because the ladies don't have enough time to move objects around and look for more hidden areas where dust accumulates. I'm very happy when I see Idalia and Conchy. They are lovely and very eager to please. I wish we were able to have them every week.

My house always looks so clean and smell s fresh when they're done. I'm truly blessed witha wonderful team.

Merry Maids clean our office and they also always professional. I would love for them to come and clean my roommate place:) I am not sure what type of product they use, but whatever it is the place smells nice and is spotless.

I appreciate the reliability of the cleaning, and I really like the women who come to our house. They are very kind and we are grateful that they ate so sweet with our two dogs, who love them and look forward to their arrival.
