I have had some very bad experiences with other agencies and was pleasantly surprised when Merry Maids followed the complicated directions I gave to access my home, and then cleaned it thoroughly. Two things that other agencies/companies could not do. I was thrilled with the thoroughness and the fact that there were no residual odors. My team was excellent.

Merry Maids always leave my home clean and smelling fresh. They do a wonderful job!

Friendly and fast.

However, scheduling is somewhat challenging. Not knowing what time to expect you until the day before is difficult as both my husband and I work from home. It would be great to have a set time at least 4 or 5 days ahead of time. While knowing your arrival date is good, the approximate arrival time is beneficial.

They get my shower doors sparkly clean! And They do a terrific job on my induction stove top. I would love to know what products/technique they use so I can clean it that way in between visits.

Thoughtful and thorough cleaners (the team that we routinely get - occasionally we’ll have a substitute team this isn’t as good).

I cannot comment on the quality of products, but they haven’t damaged the wood floors or other surfaces.

The person who scheduled our services accommodated our schedule, scheduled a cleaner who had cleaned our building before, and scheduled the same people to come both times. The tracker helped me know better when I needed to arrive at the building, so I didn’t have to wait at the building during the entire arrival window. All of this made it easier for us.
The cleaners arrived within the time window, were friendly, and did a great job cleaning the areas requested.
I don’t have any comments about the cleaning products.
