We are always notified on the day prior to their scheduled day, to inform us of their approximate time of arrival. We like that!

Regarding the service, they are always masked & wearing gloves before starting work. We are not here during their visit, but we inspect the house upon our return & have never found any problem with their work. One day, while they were here we had a delivery & they brought it into the house. That's going the "extra mile"!! Thank you, Merry Maids for your excellent service.

I like that they do extra cleaning tasks in a different room on each visit. That is a real plus over anyone else. I feel like my house is really clean and kept up with. Thank you for the extra effort that compares to doing the cleaning myself.The house smelled fresh and clean. The ladies were very personable did a great job.
I only have one negative thing to say, There were a few spots and drops on my kitchen and dining room floor that were left behind. You can’t remove sticky or stubborn spots by just swiping a cloth mop over the floor. It takes a little scrubbing. The mottled design of my tile makes spots and drops harder to see, but I did see them by the kitchen table, in front of the fridge and near the island sink where most of my food prep is done.

The cleaning and care is always thorough. I appreciate the attention to detail the maids provide. I hadn't realized they clean my laundry room was a a nice surprise when I found it all tidy, mopped, and sparkling. Once I had clean bedding on a guest bed (I hadn't had time to put it on), and the maids put the bedding on and made it all look so cozy. They are not afraid of my dog room, full of dog hair, bad smells, and they always make sure it gets cleaned well. I will never switch to a different maid service. Merry Maids is a very competitive price for what you get, and they are easy to work with in regards to scheduling.
