I like the fact that it is a reliable service, unlike a person doing housecleaning on their own who might not show up because of personal problems.

I love your service and cleaning precision, but when I need to cancel due to illness or traveling, it is difficult to get ahold of your office other than talking to a live agent. Please add a text number for this, make it convienient for your customers.

I like the fact that I can not smell any chemicals because I’m very sensitive to odor.

The cleaning products left a mild clean smell. No harsh chemical smell yet excellent cleaning of hard water staining.

We especially like the fact that you schedule your/our housekeepers at a time that is most convenient for us, which is more than we can say about our past housekeeper. The girls' service is very complete & encompassing, as well.

The Merry Maids team is very dependable. They usually arrive at about the appointed time and get to work quickly. They work extremely well together and it takes them about 50 - 60 minutes to clean my place.
