Gracie surveyed our house and set up very reasonable plan based on our lifestyle, she didn't up sell us to more service than we really needed, she got it right the first time. We met Gracie at a home improvement show and agreed to have her take a look at our home, I was very happy to see a Hispanic women in a management position. You are very flexible with our travel and snow bird schedule, keep up the good work.

Whatever requests that are made, Merry Maids always fulfills them. I prefer that Merry Maids use the products that I have for them.
