I hired you to clean my home before it went on the market. The house was empty so it was easier to clean. I wasn't living there. The comments from my realtor and potential buyers and other realtors was how dirty the house was. I called the Merry Maid agent and never got a call back. I spent over 300.00 for a so-so job. Very disappointed. Name removed

They did a very excellent job and I liked the disinfectant they used it smelled clean.

Products leave a light clean smell, not overly chemically. Great prices and great customer service.

Consider the small amount of time they spend here I feed they do a great job...they work their butts off. Note: My house is an easy house...no kids, pets and neat.

The secret of your success in my home is the individuals you employ. First of all, they have established a standard of excellence. The most recent crew, Misty and Savannah lived up to the standards with superb skills. I was not able to be present, with a departure at the last minute. My home was in excellent condition when I arrived back. Thank you and thank them for their hard work.

After approximately 6 months with Merry Maids, I still can’t get over how great it feels to come home to a completely cleaned household from top to bottom; all of it.

I used to clean in stages; vacuum one day, clean the carpet-less rooms the next day, and dust/wash the smooth surfaces yet another day. Now, I don’t even think about cleaning, and can actually find the time to exhale and deeply relax.

The women were excellent in their work. Even put clean sheets on the two beds that will be used by company.

I recently booked Merry Maids to clean my daughters new home she’s moved into ....we were so very pleased not only with your excellent customer service when I called but the excellent job your team did....now my other daughter and myself are going to call you in the future...we are so very pleased with excellent cleaning job the team did....

The home was thoroughly cleaned and very timely. However the floor cleaning solution left a sticky tacky residue on the floor. When I called MM about this I received excellent customer service and an immediate offer for the cleaners to return and re mop the floor.
