I hired Merry Maids to do a move out apartment clean for a friend of mine. The cleaning team did a great job overall. When I discovered one missed area, they came back and made it right. They were efficient, with wonderful customer service. Mercedes, at the Poulsbo, WA office was polite, professional, and fantastic to work with. I would most definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

The Merry Maids team was amazing from start to finish! We were preparing our house for renting, and they left it looking brand new! They went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning all the drawers, cabinets, the fridge, the oven, the garage, and more. All with friendliness and great communication! The teams we've had in our home are very respectful and do a really great job. My only issue is I wish we had decided to use this service sooner. We have black bathroom fixtures and we didn't know how to properly clean them. They are getting back to looking like new but it will take a few sessions.
We work from home and it can be a challenge to work around things for the team members, but they do such a good job. We set expectations at the start and communicate as needed.
I know that my home is being cared for like their own and that makes me feel good.
