Rachael continues to impress us with her work ethic, friendliness, and attention to service. In terms of the products used, we like that everything is environmentally sound and never overpowering. The aroma is lovely.

Everything is cleaned as requested when we come home and the staff respect our home as if it was there own.

We appreciate that the people who have cleaned for us have been prompt and professional. There has not been complete uniformity in the quality of work, but that's to be expected. This is work performed by human beings, not by robots. I can say that we have always found the work to be satisfactory. In our present arrangement, we wish the work could be completed a little more quickly because while we have no complaints about the quality of the work, others assigned to us have been just as thorough and have been more efficient, but that issue alone is not enough to cause us to be dissatisfied. It is an issue of cost, and that is important but not as important as getting the job done right. As to products, I wish you could use vacuum cleaners that are more powerful. We often run our Neato after the house has been cleaned, and Neato picks up an amazing amount of dirt not picked up by the vacuum cleaner. I know you use cleaning products that are "green," and I very much appreciate that you are sensitive to the environment, but sometimes, especially with spots of mold, it's not enough, so we use our own mold cleaner to keep our shower looking the way we want it. I suspect you will look at these comments as reflecting customer unhappiness, and that's not really true. We are, overall, pleased, and we intend to continue your service. At the same time, you ask for feedback, and I want to be as honest and thorough as I can be.

Unfortunately my bedroom was not dusted well this time. My furniture is still dusty and in my asthmatic condition this is a concern for me.

I do not like to complain because I so appreciate all the hard work the ladies do for me but this time somehow the furniture got missed.

I think overall your workers are great and I have recommended them many times. My house is shiny and smell good when the ladies have finished.
