The ladies who came and cleaned were very nice and over all did a good job. We asked for a certain area of the master bath ceiling to be cleaned and it appeared to not have been done. I was unable to check before they left. We would still like this area taken care of.

I have had Merry Maids cleaning the condo for almost 10 years, and they have always done a stellar job. The office staff have been amazing working with my chaotic schedule and the people that have come to clean have always been very pleasant, considerate and professional. They take the time to do the little extras that make me smile (displaying hand towels to perfection, folding the ends of the toilet paper rolls, creating a pretty display on the Kleenex tissue box, etc.) which makes coming into the condo a joy. I love how the condo smells after they've been there. It always smells so clean, but not chemically. I love the team in Jacksonville and gladly recommend them every chance I get!
