We choose to be home on the days that the ladies come, therefore they do not have a key. Not a problem, if there is a conflict, your company is always flexible and works with us to reschedule. The ladies arrive on time and work quickly, thoroughly and are respectful of our home. The products leave our home, especially bathrooms, stove and floors sparkling. They dust the blinds every visit! When I did my own cleaning that didn't happen but every six months or so. Thank you, Merry Maids.
