I always know when Merry Maids sends a different team to my residence. The usual team provides exceptional service and is attentive to details, from cleaning the right areas to changing the bed sheets. Replacement or temporary teams usually fail to pay attention to the details based on prior service of the residence. New teams don’t tend to do as well. Overall service is good. My only complaint about Merry Maids: Please remain consistent!!!
The Merrry Maid this past week went beyond the call of requested service by going into the rooms marked "No Clean" and making beds and cleaning up as best they could. That was such a surprise.

Maggie Does a great job, pleasant and always gets right to work. In the summer she has been flexible and starts downstairs to let the kids sleep in! Bathrooms sparkle, hardwood floors look great. She always leaves things just int he right place.
I know I only use Merry Maids every other week, but if I had a team and a reliable time that I could count on, I would recommend Merry Maids happily.

In general, I am pleased with the service at my home. I like the team that usually comes to my house. They are courteous and professional and do a nice job. Sometimes when a different team comes to clean, I think they do not do as good of a job putting things back where they were, especially furniture and rugs. My only real complaint is that I feel like the master bathroom floor is often not mopped or mopped very well.
