The service is fantastic. It feels like a gift to myself. I personally don’t love the cinnamon smell of some of the cleaning supplies. I also think the toilet bowl cleaner could be a little stronger.

The staff is always efficient and friendly. They show up when they are supposed to be there and do the job they are assigned to do. They use products that clean and leave everything looking and smelling nice. There are no "disinfectant" unpleasant odors but you know everything is CLEAN!

The maid's work / the work showed that the maid did her best, I have never seen a bathroom that clean ; the base board was cleaned <> she reattach a shower ring / she was thorough!!!

I do not like the smell of your general cleaning product and thus ask that the kitchen floor be cleaned with my swiffer system. I do find the Merry maids to be efficient and friendly.

Girls are dependable and do a good job. For some reason this past week the back porch was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a new girl with Mackenzie who was cleaning the floor out there but I noticed after they left that none of the furniture was cleaned (dusted).
