We obtain Merry Maid Service from the Fayetteville, NC Office and we absolutely loved our services the past three months. Moriah and Chiffon are amazing, and on December 6, 2016, Chiffon led the team with I believe a new employee, Sherrie, and we had absolutely no complaints. Our only concern is that when we get used to the same employee(s), and they get used to us, and come to know exactly how to provide great service for our home, often times the employee is no longer employed with Merry Maids. I'm sure that turnover is inevitable but we are pleased thus far with Chiffon and Sherrie and hope to keep them around for awhile:-)

We requested a move out clean which was done reasonably well, although not one hundred percent perfect. How ever, upon contacting the company, they sent the service maid again to make sure that the things which were labelled incomplete by the landlord were completed to satisfaction.
I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company strongly.

It is wonderful to come home to a clean house. I noticed that my trash/waste baskets had been emptied. That was nice. Two things, however. (1) We have black appliances and the front of the refrigerator does not appear to have been wiped down. I also noticed this during the last cleaning we had. The appliances easily spot with finger prints. (2) You must be using a new furniture polish and all the wood surfaces had to be wiped down as the surfaces appeared oily. I had never noticed that before. Now that a few days have passed, the oily finish no longer appears on the furniture. I don't want to appear as a nit-picker when I point these things out. I am very pleased with your cleaning service and would definitely recommend Merry Maids.
