I was not home when they arrived or during their service, my husband was. Three cleaners came and completed our entire home in 2 hours. This enabled my husband to get back to work easily (he works remote) and caused little disruption. The cleaners did a good job. We did note that there were some areas that were missed (kitchen floor not cleaned with Bona - I supplied Bona; MBR bathroom floor behind door in toilet room had hair and was not vacuumed or apparently washed; and the guest bathroom shower tile was not cleaned thoroughly as it still had pinkish discoloration in grout). Other than that, for our first deep cleaning, I was thrilled to see light fixtures dusted, blinds dusted, and baseboards wiped down. Hopefully, we can attend to those areas missed next time.

My house cleaning was done very quickly and there was not a spot that was not cleaned.

I was amazed at the punctuality of the service! It was my first tiime and I was being charged by the hour - but those merry maids were hustling! Not slacking at all in efforts to bill more time. I was very pleased - my house was a challenge as I have 2 giant schnauzers that track in lots of outdoor stuff and I work crazy hours that don’t allow much time to clean house - I have already made arrangements to have regular service from Merry Maids. Looking forward to a long relationship with the Maids!!!

It was our first time using Merry Maids, so we did not know what to expect. I didn't even make it home before my husband called me to notate how wonderful the house looked and how great it smelled when he walked in. I was impressed as to how shiny our granite counter tops were and how clean they got our bathrooms! Very impressed; our home looked brand new! The point was to have a service deep clean our home to allow us more time to spend with each other and it was well worth the price. Would definitely use them again.
