Merry Maids upgraded my desired services despite the manager having made that request in writing. The cleaning staff were pleasant and thorough. I am not pleased with the managerial staff however.

Prompt arrival of team and quality of products

The two women who cleaned the home did a very good job. It was a lot to clean since it was the first time. They worked efficiently as well. With prior cleaning people, they have taken 4-5 hours to clean. When I returned home after the team had left, the home was noticeably better. Thank you.

Always prompt and polite. The cleaners go the extra mile, filled my cats empty dish last time. My dog is comfortable with them in my home, they are pet friendly. I am so excited to come to a clean home the day they come. This is the best service I finally decided to start every 2 weeks. I now can concentrate on more important things that need done because my house is clean!!

They usually can clean when I need them, and they use products that kill germs.

I really like that I switched to have only one team. I think our team is great and work very hard at our home. I do not get to spend a lot of time at home. We have dogs that make a total mess with dirt. When our team leaves you can never even tell we have dogs in our home.

The ladies did a great job cleaning.!! We were just a little disappointed there was not a freshly cleaned smell. I guess all your products are odorless.
