Thorough and trustworthy

The cleaners always do an excellent, detailed job. We have a forest cat who sheds a TON, and know first-hand how hard it is keep up with her. Our apartment always looks perfect after they've come!

We've been using Merry Maids since 2011 and we couldn't be happier with their service. I found them after firing another well known cleaning service due to poor quality and follow-through. Merry Maids is the exact opposite. Attention to detail, green and safe products, consistency and professionalism. The employees we have onsite are fabulous, and are well supervised and coached by lead, Victoria. The management team is flexible and responsive. The rates are reasonable. I like that I get the same people each time. There is a sense of consistency and sort of knowing what they will do and such. I also like that the cleaning products you use don't have strong smells.

MM are very dependable, thorough and trustworthy. Merry Maids have been cleaning our house for over 25 years and are very pleased with their work. We are not aware of the products that are being used. We should know but we have never asked and we have not had any reactions to them. We would appreciate it if green products were used.
