Mary and her crew are extremely professional and very attentive to detail. I am very picky and I am happy every time I come home to see and smell a nice clean house! If there is ever a problem, which almost never occurs, they will come and fix it right away. Even my cat Buddy looks forward to the Merry Maids visiting. The women are pleasant to work with, they arrive on time, and generally do a good job. Very infrequently, things are not taken out from under furniture--beds, sofas--but otherwise, the baths, kitchen, floors, and rugs are well cleaned.

And if, upon occasion, I request that a bed be made with new sheets, they are willing.

I like the fact that the baths and kitchen are always spotless, the floors washed, and the vacuuming is well done, although occasionally, I find things under beds.

Overall, I would recommend your service to everyone but the most meticulous people who may not be happy with any service.

The women are pleasant to work with and I enjoy the fact that I can leave to do errands while they are working.
