The women are pleasant to work with, they arrive on time, and generally do a good job. Very infrequently, things are not taken out from under furniture--beds, sofas--but otherwise, the baths, kitchen, floors, and rugs are well cleaned.

And if, upon occasion, I request that a bed be made with new sheets, they are willing.

I like the fact that the baths and kitchen are always spotless, the floors washed, and the vacuuming is well done, although occasionally, I find things under beds.

Overall, I would recommend your service to everyone but the most meticulous people who may not be happy with any service.

The women are pleasant to work with and I enjoy the fact that I can leave to do errands while they are working.

This is my second time using Merry Maids (once in Arlington, MA and another time in Newburyport, MA) and both times I thought they did an excellent job with the cleaning. The team does not cut corners and I've found them to be very friendly and informative.
