Jode and Julie came to my house on Friday. Wonderful women! It was the first time since I had the service that I noticed someone handwashing my kitchen floor. Of course, the kitchen and bathroom floors looked noticeably brighter after being hand washed.

My suggestion is greater consistency between the teams on what should be cleaned and how it should be cleaned. It would also be great for customers to have that same understanding: what is and what is not cleaned per room and how it is cleaned.
