I like that Joan and Justice and Eddie arrived by 9 a.m. Joan is exceptionally thorough and asks if I need any thing else done before they leave. This was Eddie's first time and he was OK, left some small leaves and fuzzies on the master bath floor. I don't expect them to clean up kitty litter on the small bathroom floor but they both were great with this. I was with some neighbors yesterday and when they asked I told them how pleased I am with the cleaning job each time. I hope Joan keeps coming as she is very professional and has the utmost attention to detail.

The products clean well and are better for the environment. I also like that I can request to use my own products which I did for our shower since there's lots of grout. The service is always consistent and I know that I'll come home to a house that lives up to my insane standards!

The staff is wonderful.
The Maids always do a good job, and ask if it meets your satisfaction. If something doesn't, they will immediately fix it.
The products leave a clean scent, although I miss the original fresh smelling aroma of the original spray that was used.
Green products and everything has been cleaned properly. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating.
