My team is thorough! It's all about having the same girls every week; they know our home, and what is expected.

I appreciate that when I come home my house is very clean, but it doesn't smell "chemically". I've had other cleaning services, but when I'd come home you could smell the chemicals from the cleaning products. I'm usually at work, but sometimes my daughter is here and she tells me the ladies are very efficient. They come in - get the work done, and are out in a timely manner.

The girls are wonderful! My house looks great and they are very respectful of my cats and my things!

Mandy and Dee are amazing. My house looks great, they treat my cat like he belongs to them, and they worked until we found the tight way to clean my dark shiny laminate floor which was a bear to clean. They stuck with it until we found the solution and it looks great now!

When Jeannine cleans as the Team Leader, my house is spotless. She takes time to do the job as I would do it myself.

It is always lovely to come home to a clean house at the end of the day! The maids are very thorough. I like how they make my daughter's bed and arrange her stuffed animals. It is sweet.

My favorite facet of MM service is the team of women assigned to my home - Mandy and Dee. While others have filled in and/or trained in my home, Mandy and Dee are my "first string," and they are both truly excellent! They are efficient, thorough, careful with breakables, and they remember lots of odd details about my preferences -- from the arrangement of things on my dresser, to which picture frames tilt which way. I do like the products used, and appreciate that they are happy to use my orange oil on my wood floor. But in my opinion, what makes MM an excellent service is the women who do the work. Just excellent!

I like dealing with a locally owned franchise. The office staff has always been very accommodating when it comes to scheduling requests. My home is clean when I get home and if there is something that was not done as expected, they have been quick to address it.

Mandy and Dee are very personable, they let me know they let my dog out and gave her treats. Those little notes builds a rapport so it's not some stranger coming in my house but someone who knows me, how I live and cares about doing a good job.

I love the great job Merry Maids does cleaning my house - I get nervous when it is dirty (especially with two cats)and you do a much better job than I do.

I like the fact that no matter who comes to clean our home - and thankfully, it's been Mandy and Dechantel for a long time!- they come in, get right to work, and do a good, thorough job.

Your workers are thorough, helpful, and always pleasant. DeChantal has been the person in charge for quite a while now. She is an excellent instructor with newcomers, outstanding at her work and always cooperative and friendly. I think you are fortunate in having workers of her caliber.

The girls Amber and Laura who cleaned my house on Thursday December 5, 2013 were very efficient. They cleaned fast and thoroughly. They were also so nice and my dog loved them and they loved my dog. My toilet seat got broken and Merry Maids replaced my toilet seat at no extra charge. I was very, very satisfied. I will definitely use your services again.
