The crew was very thorough, did not miss anything and worked fast. They were congenial and followed any specific requests that I made. I had used their services only twice before, over a three year period, but from now on - due to physical limitations I have - I plan to use them monthly. The products used do not emit odors and do not leave any residue. Pauline and Lita take pride in their work and it shows! I'm glad to be the recipient of the services provided by these two professionals.
I wasn't happy with the mixed messages given to the cleaners. I would suggest that the lady from New Zealand have very little to do with the business end. She totally screwed up. However, Gina was a darling in the way she efficiently and rapidly set things straight. The kitchen, cabinets, bathroom and refrigerator were sparkling when I came in for the move. Thanks to Gina, I would definitely use your services again. Let's talk in a month!
