To begin, Kathy helped us look for a new home by patiently sitting with us to understand our needs and hoped-for items in a home. Then as we visited homes with her she expertly guided us and unobtrusively offered us her invaluable insights and thoughts while continuously respecting and gaging our needs regarding the homes she showed us. All the way through, her effusive optimism buoyed our spirits - she is the whole package for sure. Once we found a new home, Kathy, with her incredible experience, knowledge, patience and positivity provided ud with the advice and guidance to help make the home we were to sell 100% ready to be sold.
