Merry Maids is so reliable. I never have to worry that they will cancel, they come prepared, are professional and clean my entire house. It is extremely relieving to know that my house will be clean to top to bottom every two weeks. I feel like my family is healthier because they dust and vacuum. As a result, we live in a healthier home.
The cleaning is very thorough.Everything smells very good when the girls are done.
The arrived as scheduled. My team is very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. I like the bathroom cleaning products but wish Merry Maids used a better dusting product. I also have Endust or Swiffer Dust & Shine for them to use in my home. Windex does not keep the dust from settling on the furniture.

I don't like that you don't seem to clean with water
the people are nice, polite and reliable. they accommodate my requests to use my vacuum. Sometimes the cleaners they use don't get my stainless steel microwave clean. I would recommend them to friends.
I like the finish on the Wood Floors, the attention to detail on the Windows and the overall end product. I also like that it is pre-scheduled and I like the call ahead to notify me. I also like that I can trust the staff in my apartment, and they even organize things for me.
