The service is extremely reliable. The individuals in management perform within the bottom line functions (that is, where and by whom the work is done) and are very conversant in the requirements and performance of the residential contracts agreed to.
The performance of tasks by workers, in my experience, has from the beginning been very professional and complete. The individual assigned to my apartment is always on time, prepared with proper equipment for the tasks, and wastes no time beginning the job. Cabinet tops and vertical surfaces are cleaned on each visit, tile floors are thoroughly swept clean and washed each time, all carpeting is vacuumed well, sinks, tubs and showers in the bathrooms are always included and most particularly DUSTING OF ALL MY KNICKNACKS AND PICTURES, is beautifully done on each visit. Most assuredly I have chosen the right company to rely on. Thank you, Bravo, and job well done.
