The employees work extremely hard and are good at what they do. Very thorough. They are also very nice and personable people. The management works hard to get me the help I need when I need it.

I really like the person cleaning my home at the present time. She is very personable, always on time and very open to my feedback. She also tries to come up with solutions to any cleaning issues we may encounter.

The hard wood floors were flawlessly cleaned! Everything looked great and didn't smell of heavy cleaning solutions which is important to me because I have two small children.

[I think I've already responded to this feedback request some time ago.] Anyway, I am very impressed with the two women who come to clean my house monthly; they know my house well, and leave it spic and span. They have obviously had excellent training.

I have been a Merry Maids customer for at least 6 (?) years- during that time I have had VERY FEW maids that haven't done a good job AND several that did an Excellent job! I am now 83 years old and unable to climb and need extra help- several have been MOST co-orerative in helping me (for which I am MOST appreciative!) With help like that- I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND your service- and have to several of my elderly lady friends. Your cleaning products are effective and your new Vacuums are REALLY GREAT--do an excellent job This has been the single best cleaning product that you have!! Thank you,

The efficiency and professionalism

My 2 lovely ladies are friendly effecient and keepers. They clean so well that weven the furnace filter does not need changing as often. Also when i was cleaning I needed to dust my dark furniture 2 times every week. Now i really do not dust ever theey take care of that every 2 weeks. I would recomend you except I have no one to tell.
