I like the polite,friendly, efficient ladies. They are thorough and quick. I don't know much about the products used - only that my house feels clean.

Prior use of cleaning services offered by Merry Maid led me to call again. The service is excellent. My rental unit sparkled after a Merry Maid cleaning.

Reliability

Everything was great the house sparkled.

I love the products that they use. Stains that I have not been able to get out are gone because of them. There has been some question to the accuracy of cleaning as some places that should have been dusted or vacuumed were not. This seems to have been rectified on this last visit but will be paying close attention to the details on future cleanings.

You bring all your equipment. That cuts down on my preparation when you come. You follow the needs of the customer as far as using alternate products--ie. vinegar if the person has allergies or breathing problems. The apartment is clean after you leave. The ladies are very courteous and seem trustworthy.

The cleaners are friendly, the house smells fresh and clean. My son said it smells like cinnamon and vanilla ....:) And they do a great job!!

Very professional, everything happened in a timely manner. My housecleaners worked hard to make my house sparkly. With having a small dog, I really appreciate the environmentally friendly cleaning product.
