Overall, they do a pretty good job in getting my house clean. In my opinion, no matter who cleans your house, no one ever does it as well as when you do it yourself - but Merry Maids has come the closest. I'm not sure what cleaner is used on non-carpeted areas, but I have noticed some streaking from time to time - maybe they need to change the water a little more often. I've noticed this mainly on the wood floors. Once in awhile counter tops aren't as clean as I like as well as the toilets - mainly under the rim.

I've also found your employees to be very nice, courteous, friendly and even helpful - to me, that's important. They have even offered to change light bulbs that were burnt out. I thought that was very nice.

My kitchen and bath are always shiney. Everything looks so nice and clean after the ladies are gone.

I contacted Merry Maids via e-mail to find a service to clean my elderly parents home. I received a quick response to my e-mail I had sent on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Maggie who then came to my parents house. She answered all our questions with no pressure to make a decision before she left. I did contact her and we had someone there to clean the following week. My mother was quite pleased and she is someone who feels it is not done correctly unless she does it herself. Her age is limiting her in what she can do and so this was wonderful. They will continue to come back once a month. I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends.

Even though I wasn't here, in Sept., (was at a church brunch). The vacuuming wasn't up to stuff; left a black skew, and failed to tuck-in the back side (right) of the bed. There was a new MM. but other regular MM should have told the new one, what I liked in bed making. Remember, the right side of my body doesn't work too well. But like I said, I was away.
