Very personal service and I am overall very pleased with the level of cleanliness after each visit. The only negative is that I have to remake the bed after she changes the bedding for me since the sheet is not even tucked into the bottom of the bed.

Sam is the best. I saw a big drop in service the couple of times that someone else was sent to my house. If she ever goes on vacation, I would rather delay my cleaning a week than have another person do it.
