Promptness and care. The same two maids have been cleaning for me for several years now, and I feel I can rely on them to clean the house as I like it to be cleaned. We've become friends and I can talk to them candidly about what should be emphasized on a given day, and what they may have accidentally missed the last time. You might call this virtue "personal attention." As to the products used, I can't be of help on that. The house smells fresh and clean when I return after they've done their work.

MerryMaids brings all cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner. I'm not dependent on a single person who might be sick or otherwise not able to come. They come and clean while I am at work.

I like the ease of calendar revisions when necessary, and appreciate the changes. The team is cooperative and friendly, and leaves the house clean, which is the whole point!

Clean without orders, but will add chores when requested and the products do the job and smell great.
