I like the hour window notification the day before. They are consistent with cleaning, I know what to expect. They do deeper cleaning on a couple areas each visit and leave a thorough note describing what extra was done and what extra will be done next visit.

The employees are thorough, courteous, and very professional. The house is clean and has no residual odors from the products. And, they are very tolerant of our small, yippy dog. We have had several cleaning services over the years and Merry Maids is, by far, the most accomodating and the highest ranked in every category. I highly recommend their services.

It always smells clean when I walk in after the crew has been to the house, very refreshing. I also LOVE when Staci is our cleaner. She goes above and beyond and does a FANTASTIC job. If I could request her every time, I would.
