Service is prompt and Tracy does a great job.

Tracy came to clean today. She replaced an outside light bulb for me and then went on to replace three bulbs in a ceiling fixture. She washed the fixture and replaced the bulbs. These are things I can not longer take care of myself. Tracy always sees extra things that need to be done. It is always a good feeling to have all the cleaning done. She also works hard on keeping my kitchen floor looking good. I don't know what I would do without her services.

Did a great job cleaning! I was very pleased.

Each week every room gets cleaned and because rooms are thoroughly cleaned on rotation the entire home is well maintained

I feel that they did a very good job for the most part. The only minor complaint I would have is there were some missed areas that I asked to be done. I think this may have been contributed to rushing near the end of the amount of time they were set to clean. I had a dollar amount I wanted to stay around but told them that it is ok if they go over. I do feel this is very minor and would use them again.

I like Jessica's job cleaning that she has done on our home. I never liked the floor cleaners used from your organization so I provide tile and wood cleaners to use. Also, the toilets haven't stayed as clean lately even after having a recent cleaning.

You bring your own products. And we have the same person every time, for the most part. Candy is fabulous!

Merry Maids was able to accommodate my request for service on short notice and for the date and time that I requested.

Candy is one of the best helpers I've ever had! She is so very kind and always does a fantastic job. The schedulers are always professional and bend over backwards to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling.

Everything was very clean (with the exception of the shower head and under accent tables). Overall though, the house looked wonderful and Jessica left us a very nice, professional note about what she cleaned. I have already recommended Merry Maids to my neighbor, Jennifer Gonzalez- Reinhart.
