Everything is clean at the same time. You don't have a backache for the rest of the week, and the day you feel better is the day you have to start cleaning all over again. The women work their best at each house. They are a blessing from above. One of my concerns is the cleaning mop, which looks about a century old. There have been a million new ideas, both for cleaning and sanitizing, and MM still uses that horrible, ugly, dirty mop which I remember using when I was a child myself. Please, let's update that mop. Thank you MM.

the service is great and my wife is very happy the way everything is cleaned and that is the main thing that she is happy. We had another cleaning person and every time she would come home she would complain about something.

My house has never been as clean as when the merry maids come. They are friendly, fast, punctual and very thorough. I'm thrilled with the service and would highly recommend it. I also like that they bring all of their own cleaning products and tools so I don't need to do anything to prepare for a cleaning. They even make my sons bed on the top bunk that I can never reach!
The availability of cleaning on a regular basis.
i like that the ladies are professional and polite and always work hard. i do not like the oil that you use on furniture and stainless steel it is often not rubbed in enough and leaves a residue after a day or so

The ladies are very good. I would like some consistency as to the ladies that come each time. It would be beneficial to have at least one person who has been here previously and is familiar with the house and what needs to be done or not done; such as not using water on my hard wood floors.
